Language from the deceptively named “Food Security and Farm Protection Act” (S.1326) and “Save Our Bacon Act” (H.R. 4673) is likely to be included in the Farm Bill.  These bills are also still active and could be passed separately, stripping states of the right to regulate agricultural products sold within their own borders.
